Use of the service
GossCrew AI provides software tools for trade businesses to manage calls, jobs, dispatch, customers, estimates, invoices, team workflows, and related operations. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only in compliance with these terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting login credentials, and controlling access for your team. Access keys, trial access, and subscriptions may be limited, changed, suspended, or ended if misused or if required to protect the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, billing gates, security checks, or rate limits.
- Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes another party's rights.
Payments and trials
Paid plans, trial periods, and billing details are shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may continue according to the selected plan terms. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal, but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or approved by GossCrew AI.
Third-party services
The service may connect to third-party platforms such as Google, Gmail, Stripe, Firebase, QuickBooks, Meta, or advertising tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for the accounts and permissions you connect.
AI-generated content
AI features may draft notes, summaries, messages, estimates, or recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them with customers, invoices, dispatch decisions, or business records.
If your company enables AI customization, GossCrew AI may use your company workspace data, such as jobs, notes, estimates, invoices, price book items, and corrections, to make CrewHelper better for your own company. This helps the AI learn your services, wording, pricing habits, workflows, and approval preferences.
Your company data is not used to train a general model for other companies, and it is not shared with other companies. Any broader product-level AI training requires separate written or in-product opt-in permission.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Early-access features may change quickly or be limited while they are being improved.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for customer records, job notes, invoices, uploaded files, and other data entered by your team. You grant GossCrew AI permission to process that data only as needed to provide the dashboard, secure accounts, troubleshoot support issues, store records, run requested automations, and generate requested AI drafts inside your company workspace.
Company-specific AI customization may use your own workspace history to improve suggestions for your own company if that feature is enabled. Product improvement may also use aggregated usage patterns, performance metrics, error reports, and de-identified metadata.
We do not sell customer data. We do not use one company's identifiable customer records, job notes, estimates, invoices, photos, or uploaded files to train AI for another company.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GossCrew AI is provided without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
