We collect information you provide, including name, email, company name, phone number, access requests, support requests, customer records, jobs, estimates, invoices, notes, uploaded files, and team profile details.
Google and email data
If you connect Google or Gmail features, we use authorized access only to provide requested product functions such as account sign-in, email sending, customer follow-up, or workflow automation. We do not sell Google user data.
Customer records and AI
Customer records, jobs, notes, estimates, invoices, photos, and uploaded files are used to operate your company workspace and provide requested AI drafts or workflow help inside that workspace.
If your company enables AI customization, we may use your company workspace history to customize CrewHelper for your company. For example, this can help CrewHelper learn your service wording, price book habits, estimate style, job closeout preferences, and common workflows.
Company-specific AI customization stays scoped to your company. We do not use your identifiable customer records, job notes, estimates, invoices, photos, or uploaded files to train AI for other companies. Any broader product-level AI training requires separate written or in-product opt-in consent.
How we use information
- Operate the field-service dashboard and related workflows.
- Process access requests, support requests, bug reports, and account setup.
- Send transactional messages, account notices, and requested follow-ups.
- Improve product reliability, security, and usability using aggregated usage patterns, error reports, and de-identified metadata.
- Customize CrewHelper for your company when company AI customization is enabled.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and basic site metadata to understand visits, improve the service, and measure marketing performance. Where shown, optional metadata collection starts after you accept cookies.
Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to run the product, such as Firebase, Stripe, email delivery providers, hosting, storage, analytics, and support tools. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use access controls, hosted infrastructure, and environment secrets to protect data. We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
